MY HD Rocks!

I have a wonderful Health Department. Don't be afraid if something like this ever happens to you, they really are there to help. So, they know what's up and everything is fine.

I did reword my opening as it was confusing, apparently 'home kitchen' means something different in regard to HD requirements. I just thought is sounded cozy.

In a way this has been a sort of perverse promo, forced networking sort of thing. I have to say I've had such support from the community, increased sales, plus it made me get in touch with the people I need in the future when I'm apt to put that off.

I've certainly become familiar with anti stalking and harassment law. I'm glad I took the time to call all agencies first, because now there is a documented precedent and she can't continue without looking well, as she is.

So while this was a huge PIA, wait, it wasn't, it was actually pretty easily resolved with a couple phone calls, and her libel is still up there, it kinda worked out for me.

A few sellers and myself have been targeted by a woman who sells as on Artfire (AF has since closed her Bead Shop) after being banned from Etsy. I was notified of a blog a little while ago. Etsy sellers know her as she sold other artist's lampwork as her own.

She's done this kind of malicious 'reporting' for years and is currently herself being invesigated for filing malicious claims.

It's kinda funny because my bakeshop is closed during the Summer and I rent a commercial kitchen, but whatever. I just wanted to let you know that it's a malicious campaign done by someone who was stood up to and bears no merit.

It is a reminder to make sure your sales tax and whatnot is up to date. Mine is but that's just because I'm all about order, not because I expected to be on a Troll Blog.

So, if you Google me and this comes up, that's why. If any of it makes you uncomfortable and you want clarification from me, I will be happy to provide it. That's really about all I care to say at this point as now I get to pursue legal matters like slander.

Little Break

The next few weeks are going to be spent getting the garden in order, house too, before Summer hits. But please check back Mid June!

In the cake, that is. I have to tell you, this is the best cupcake and frosting I have ever tasted. EVER. Yesterday I ate three.

In fifteen minutes. I'm not proud of that (excuse me while I wipe number four off my fingers) but I'm darned proud of these.

They are the cupcakes cupcake. Vanilla, light, frosting isn't too sweet, just really swell. Don't get me wrong, I dig my Chica's and what not, but this is like, cupcake in it's pure form...

The cupcake I'm always hoping for when I buy one and am always let down afterward. I'm so pleased.

Ok, the robots, come on, the SO needed to be in the cupcake picture. Would you believe they wind up? I know!

Oh, this is also the only cupcake (scroll down) Kinley has ever counter surfed, stolen and eaten, paper and all.
